


The video conferencing app’s thrifty background feature is a great way to create the fun/spooky air of Halloween depending on what you’re going for. Fortunately, Zoom has been more forward-thinking than anyone could have possibly imagined. But instead of feeling down about it, it’s simply better to make the best of a situation that is not in one’s control (which in this case is the global pandemic). To disable Virtual Background, open the virtual background options again and choose the option None.It looks like trick-or-treating, just like most other big events, will be going virtual this year.After you enable the blurred background, that virtual background will be used for your future meetings.If you do not have the Blur option, please ensure you have the correct version of the desktop client and meet the necessary technical requirements for "Images only without a green screen".Please refer to the section above to control the blur background feature when using older versions. Note: This option requires version 5.9.3 or higher. Note: If you do not have the Virtual Background tab and you have enabled it on the web portal, sign out of the Zoom desktop client and sign in again.
